Who is entitled to object
The owner of the vehicle or his representative. The party responsible for compensation or his representative.

- When the vehicle’s appearance differs from the photos of the accident and the resulting decisions that lead to objection.
- When any party is not satisfied with the results of the evaluation (spare parts - repair fees).
- If the vehicle was calculated as a total loss or not.
- When objecting to determining the dimensions of the accident and the damaged pieces.
Delay in issuing the report.
- Objection to the valuation of the market vehicle value before and after (exhibitions).
Procedure levels:
The client uploads the request, and the request is sent electronically to the center for review and case study
The center informs the customer of the outcome of the objection, and if the applicant does not accept the assessment, the case is referred to the objection center
